At Sky Deep Outfitters, most of our standard products ship within 5–10 business days using tracked ground or freight shipping. Larger or made-to-order items, such as rooftop tents or paragliders, may require 10–15 business days for processing and delivery. We currently ship across the U.S. and to select international destinations. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details and delivery coordination support from our team to ensure a smooth arrival.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and resellable. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and a 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and condition. Custom or used items—such as installed gear or watercraft that has been used—are final sale and not eligible for return.
