1. Return Window
You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and resellable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom installations, opened or used gear (e.g., surfboards, tents, kayaks), and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email support@skydeepoutfitters.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
4. Restocking Fee
Returns may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee, depending on item condition and packaging.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
